Privacy Policy

Agent 44 Labs ("Agent 44 Labs", "we", "us") builds tools that let small businesses run AI agents to monitor, test, and post on their behalf. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Account information — your email address, an optional display name, and a hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
  • Sign-in data — when you sign in we record the session's IP address and user-agent so you can see and revoke active sessions. If you enable Face ID, the credential lives in your device's keychain — it never leaves your phone.
  • Push notification tokens — if you opt into push notifications we store your device's APNs token so Apple's servers can deliver alerts to your phone.
  • Usage analytics — pages you view inside the app (path, referrer, browser, device type) and counts of features you've used (e.g. AI-enhanced posts). This is used for our internal product analytics dashboard.
  • Coarse location — we infer an approximate city/region from your IP address (server-side, via ip-api.com) for analytics. We do not request GPS location from your device.

What we don't collect

We do not collect health data, financial data, your contacts, precise (GPS) location, browsing history outside the app, search history, advertising identifiers, or crash diagnostics. We do not run third-party analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.). We do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use what we collect

  • To create and authenticate your account.
  • To deliver push notifications you've subscribed to.
  • To send transactional emails (verification, password resets).
  • To improve the product through internal analytics.
  • To generate AI-enhanced content when you explicitly request it.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the app:

  • Anthropic (Claude API) — when you use AI-enhancement features, the content you're enhancing (e.g. event details) is sent to Anthropic for processing. We do not send your email, name, or other account identifiers.
  • Apple Push Notification service — for delivering push notifications to your device.
  • Brevo — for sending transactional email (your address is shared so we can email you).
  • ip-api.com — for the server-side IP-to-city lookup used by analytics.
  • Fly.io — our application hosting provider.

We do not sell your data, share it with data brokers, or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your account record and associated push tokens and sessions. Aggregate analytics may be retained in de-identified form.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correct it, or delete it by emailing us at the address below. If you're in a jurisdiction with additional rights (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA), those rights apply.

Children

Agent 44 Labs is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
