Job Duties:
• Develops and maintains a working knowledge of business processes supported by software systems/products;
• Conduct and participate in test case reviews, requirement reviews, design reviews, and change control activities;
• Creates and contributes to the creation of test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data for use during the testing phases of the software development lifecycle, for new and existing software systems/products;
• Produces formal test plans and ensures that test plans and scenarios fully exercise every aspect of the product;
• Documents and reports issues discovered during testing, and reports issues to Management.
• Works as part of Scrum Development Team, effectively participates in sprint planning, task estimates, task sequencing, task assignments, sprint reviews and retrospectives;
• Creates and performs complex test execution. Builds and manages automation framework and performance tests.
• Collaborates with other team members to understand the scope of test cases that will be used for automated scripts.
• Perform functional , System test and automated regression testing of web based applications
• Monitor application logs, assist in debugging processes and with root cause analysis
• Defines standards, methods and procedures for test automation.
• Executes automated test scripts for all IT environments.

Mid -Senior Level Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)
Basic Purpose:
The Digital Delivery team develops innovative member and team member experiences that leverage the latest technologies in open source and the Azure cloud. Digital Delivery team is responsible for engineering modern web applications to implement a complete UI and micro services for multi device, multi-platform mobile and desktop web applications. As a member of this team your role will be a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) working in a Scrum environment, you will test software applications and features using test suites and scripts, perform anomaly reporting, software analysis, develop automated software test packages using various technologies, perform functional and performance testing.

Client is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SSDET) who is well-versed in agile methodologies, has a constant focus on improving the QA process, is excellent at communication and can thrive in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment. The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test will be part of a Software Engineering process that is highly agile, with short iterations with a big focus on test automation.

Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts for service, acceptance, integration and regression testing;
• Design, develop, and expand on our test automation framework and research emerging automation technologies;
