About the position

Dynasty Financial Partners is building AI-powered systems that directly support advisors, operations teams, and client-facing platforms. We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI systems — including LLM-powered agents, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks — that are secure, reliable, and measurable in real business impact.
You will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and software engineers in an agile environment, owning AI solutions end-to-end: from architecture and experimentation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration. This role reports to the Director of Engineering.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with internal stakeholders, product managers, data engineer, and software engineers to identify opportunities for AI automation. We are looking for a driven AI Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will focus on building, testing, and deploying autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. You will bridge the gap between traditional software engineering and modern Generative AI, working to enable LLMs (Large Language Models) to interact with external tools, APIs, and data sources.
• Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week.

What you’ll do
• Design, develop, and operate high scale AI applications across the full engineering stack.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software that has AI / LLM integrations in it.
