We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our technology team, delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions for a fast-paced hedge fund environment. This pivotal role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and accuracy of critical trading systems, risk management tools, and data pipelines. Reporting to the Head of QA, you will enhance quality assurance practices, collaborating closely with development teams, stakeholders, and end-users across front, middle, and back-office functions to embed quality into every stage of development. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in manual and automated testing, a strong understanding of financial systems, and a proactive passion for mentoring others, driving the evolution of QA methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the team.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures for ad hoc, functional, GUI, integration, regression, data validation, user interface, and system integration testing.
• Build and manage automated test suites for trading platforms, portfolio management tools, and financial data workflows, ensuring robust functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Validate new and existing features, identifying defects and ensuring seamless integration across front, middle, and back-office systems in a hedge fund environment.
