Sr. Lead QA Test Automation Engineer - ATC - Atlanta, GA

You will work with the QA staff to coordinate, perform Quality Assurance and Automation planning, application testing and developing scripts using established automated testing tools prior and after production implementation.

Hybrid role, candidate MUST be local to Metro Atlanta

As a Sr. Lead QA Test Automation Engineer, You will also execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality and functionality for our Georgia Child Welfare – Office of Information Technology team.

You will focus on creating test scripts along with managing a team, framework and executing functional, regression and end-to-end automated scripts for products front-end and back-end applications. Responsible for executing the automated regression tests prior to release and on demand. You should be willing to step into Manual QA role and perform Manual Testing on need basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Automated Testing with Leapwork: Design, implement, and execute automated test cases using Leapwork, ensuring effective coverage of modular and microservices systems.
• CI/CD Integration: Develop and write test cases for seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines, facilitating continuous testing and deployment processes.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with multiple vendor teams to align testing strategies, manage deliverables, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Comprehensive Testing: Conduct testing across various layers, including UI, API, and database, ensuring thorough validation of functionalities and data integrity.
• Root Cause Analysis: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis of issues, working with development teams to resolve defects and improve system quality.
