Join our team as a Product Quality Engineer, where you will be responsible for managing product quality control, participating in quality system audits, developing visual inspection standards, handling process/product deviations, collaborating with relevant departments to improve production maturity, and communicating with headquarters on key quality management decisions. You will also handle customer complaints, manage the status and quantity of parts in the isolation area, monitor the shipping process, and manage quality data. Candidates should have an educational background in engineering, familiarity with management systems and aerospace industry standards, technical leadership and management skills, strong communication and coordination skills, decisive problem-solving abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and good English listening and speaking skills.
