Customer Quality Engineer

Join our team as a Customer Quality Engineer, where you will be responsible for ensuring customer quality and supporting the development and continuous improvement of our products. You will manage customer complaints, analyze defects and non-conformities, and interface with various departments on quality-related topics. Additionally, you will support project leaders, contribute to risk analysis, and promote a quality culture within the organization. Candidates should have a degree in engineering, at least 5 years of experience in quality roles, and fluency in Italian and good command of English.
