About the role:
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer specializing in Performance Testing, you’ll own performance quality across critical TQL applications and platforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and able to perform under real-world demand. You’ll partner closely with software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and Quality Engineering teams to identify risks early, shape performance strategy, and drive solutions that improve system resilience and customer experience. In this role, you’ll influence how performance testing is designed, executed, and evolved—including leveraging modern automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve speed and efficiency.

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in software development and/or testing with deep expertise in performance testing
• Strong coding skills in object-oriented languages such as C# and JavaScript
• Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Strong SQL skills to write, modify, and analyze queries for performance testing
• Understanding of system architecture concepts including APIs, caching, load balancers, and queues
• Ability to analyze complex systems and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Clear communicator who partners effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to influence technical direction
