This is a remote role for Brazil only.

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Automation Engineer focus on Python automation skills to join our team. This role focuses on crafting high-quality automated tests, with an emphasis on API testing, to enhance software quality and user experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation frameworks and a proactive approach to integrating testing within the development process.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks primarily focused on API testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and reliability of backend services.

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating closely with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance deployment processes and ensure seamless test execution.

Design and implement efficient testing solutions for APIs, ensuring the accuracy, performance, and stability of test scenarios across different environments.

Serve as a technical expert in automation, assisting in the selection and adaptation of various testing tools and frameworks.

Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring that quality standards and deadlines are met.

Actively communicate and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot complex issues, delivering solutions that improve product reliability and performance.

Requirements

Extensive experience in software test automation (4+ years) including hands-on expertise with API testing frameworks,

Proficiency in scripting with Python Postman experience

Advanced English skills

Proven ability to lead projects and push initiatives toward completion while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues and solutions to various stakeholders.

JMeter experience

Strong experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with DevOps teams to optimize processes.
