QA Automation Engineer - Seven Seven Software - Tampa, FL

Required Skills:
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Groovy, Ruby, Python)
• Experience with java application testing and Continuous Integration processes
• Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA)
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

Nice to Have:
• Experience with native mobile application testing, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
• Experience with Karate, Smartspec

Responsibilities
• Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within an Agile process
• Establish and coordinate test strategies with development/product teams
• Design and implement test plans and test cases
• Develop and execute automated functional tests
• Enhance and maintain automated CI flows
• Work closely with the Dev teams to ensure the test cases are in alignment with acceptance criteria
