Title – SDET (Software Development Engineer in Testing)
Location – Cincinnati, OH ( 5 days onsite)
• Experience - 5 + years
• Strong banking domain expertise in commercial loan systems, customer onboarding, funding/boarding, and full loan lifecycle management
• Experience handling accruals, non-accrual scenarios, charge-offs, collateral processing, participation/syndication, billing, ticklers, late charges, and loan servicing
• Proficiency in designing tests using functional, API, regression, and integration methodologies
• Ability to develop comprehensive and effective test cases
• Skilled in defect identification, logging, tracking, and coordination
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and management
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for root-cause analysis and solutioning
• Adaptability to rapidly evolving tools, technologies, and testing practices
• Experience driving automation for API/web services, Web UI, data extracts, database testing, and test data management
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript
• Strong database skills including SQL, DB2, and Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools and practices
• Proficient in Git for version control
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
• Experience using ALM tools such as Digital.ai or qTest
• Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO, ReadyAPI, VS Code, and Postman
• Expertise in automation frameworks including POM, data-driven frameworks, Selenium, and Appium
• Experience with data modernization activities including ETL reconciliation, field-to-field mapping, and data quality checks
• Strong experience in data extract testing, specifically with Snowflake
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences
